Stress and Resiliency Training

An unhealthy amount of stress in the workplace can reduce productivity, impair quality and take a toll on physical and emotional health. In this workshop, participants will explore what causes their own personal stresses as well as learn how to effectively manage them through strategies and techniques. Additionally they’ll gain tools to build resilience against future sources of strain while also improving overall wellbeing.
