Her primary focus is on empowering employees and teams to maximize their growth through impactful personal and professional training. By delivering customized learning experiences, Charity strives to create lasting transformations that drive success in both the workplace and beyond.
Shawna Moser
Co-Founder, Learning Coordinator & Assessment Specialist, TrustED Development
Shawna’s focus is on logistics, client relations, distribution and debriefing of assessments through Target Training International, and helping others be their best. She is certified in DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, Job Benchmarking, and Business Acumen. In her free time, she enjoys sports and spending time with her husband, four boys, and their two dogs.
